Mary Caroline Wynn serves as Secretary of the 海角社区 System Board of Trustees and System Counsel. As the System鈥檚 corporate secretary and an officer of the Board, Mary Caroline coordinates all Board and Committee meetings and maintains records and minutes of all Board actions. She also serves as a liaison between the Board and the 海角社区 System and manages strategic initiatives across the enterprise.
A Tuscaloosa native, Mary Caroline previously practiced law as a shareholder in Maynard Nexsen鈥檚 Insurance and Financial Services Litigation Practice Group. She earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from The 海角社区 School of Law, where she served as Executive Editor of the Alabama Law Review and was a national quarterfinalist on the ABA National Moot Court Team. She also earned a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Arts from The 海角社区, graduating summa cum laude and gaining membership in the Phi Beta Kappa honor society.
